This whole console thing is getting ridiculous. It's a GAME, kind of like a toy. Don't take it so seriously and vote on what you like with your pocketbook. It does suck the way they are making everything so proprietary, but again, don't buy it.

I "cut the cord" a long time ago and I can vouch for the Leaf antenna. I live in Canton, Ohio which is a good 40-60 miles away from most of the network tv stations in the area. I get at least 20 good stations including all 4 big networks and PBS and local stations. I have Netflix and I may or may not bit torrent a few…
I cannot find one of those for less than $70. I would have bought one but I got the Hario Skerton instead. It's like the slim but just not slim.
I'm so glad this is happening! I loved this series and try to get all my friends to watch it.
My family has been in the wiping cloth business since 1920 (i.e. rags). I rarely use paper towels for anything besides a napkin of to drain grease off of something I cooked so as to not ruin a good rag. Thanks for posting this, so many people are almost addicted to paper towels.
I had that Spin Weld toy when I was a kid. It really was one of the coolest toys I've ever had. I had the top fuel dragster kit. It had blue body panels and black I-beam loking pieces for the frame. The idea was that you could build it, race it, and then repair it when it broke. Very cool video!
As good of an idea as this is, I think a Gorilla Pod for less than $20 would be better. If you can afford a camera I would think you could afford one.
Like I said, not nit-picking. It was an honest mistake and a pretty good optical illusion.
Well done, really enjoyed that. Thanks.
Not to nit-pick, but the one that you called "logs" are actually corks.
I agree with you, and I shouldn't have said "Every time".
I wonder if that person taking the picture right as it broke got off the shot. Talk about timing.
I'll tell you how. Every time MS tries to enter a market (late, as usual) they make this really nice hardware (Zune HD) and then say the apps are coming. Then, they have shitty sales because everyone that matters already has the competitions' products, and they give up on it.
Sony makes the best radios. You CANNOT find them in stores any more, either. I have a Sony radio with a cassette recorder it it that looks kind of like half a boombox. I will never get rid of that thing.
I know I'm not "anybody", but I have to say I appreciate your comment. I'm really sick of everyone criticizing Giz for going "off subject". It's a blog for Christ's sake, casual fun reading.
I like how you think, heh.
Love.that.movie.
Don't get them started. I think people get offended at geeky humor and take it personally or something. It's just a funny show, don't read too much into it.
I work at a bar and that's why we dry our glasses completely before putting them away. I do it at home for the same reason. If you don't know that bacteria etc. likes a dark, moist environment by now, then you weren't paying attention in middle school.
I had one of these! I loved that thing. I also had a Sony tv, cassette recorder, radio that was the size of a small boombox. Sony used to make the coolest shit in the late 70's early 80's.
