You know, I bought one with an ex of mine brand new in 2014. It was the hatch, Skyactiv motor. 6 speed. Pretty much the only redeemable quality about that car in my opinion was the gas mileage (like, 40+ in a non-hybrid).

I test drove the renegade, was really excited about it. The motor is an absolute joke. The thing starts SCREAMING at you on the slightest of includes, shifts slowly as hell, and is an overall slug. Not that I wanted a sports car, but just not the experience I was hoping for. Drives like an ‘06 RAV4.
