I found it a tremendously disappointing game, actually. I was expecting much more, but most of the people who made the great-but-rough games of Obsidian’s past are long gone.

Exclusivity happens and sometimes the best games are exclusives, like Control or Fire Emblem: 3 Houses.

To me, Dexit wasn’t the big problem with the pokemon games. (Yes, we call it Dexit.) it was the recurring sense of dread I’d get playing them. Id be playing it and enjoying it, but something would start to feel wrong. It would start as a nagging worry that something was wrong. Missing. Not the pokemon, I’d long since

They’re mostly praising the game for not being Bethesda. This is why I can’t really trust reviews.  The game was exactly how you explained it.

Wait wait wait, Deadspin was a VG site? I always thought Deadspin was about sports, Lifehacker about PC/Software themes, and Fleshbot about porn...

Why is GoT on this list of video game disappointments? Am I missing something? Or was its disappointment just so vast that it transcended all media?

My two biggest disappointments in gaming were Super Mario Maker 2 and Pokémon Sword/Shield.

I disagree. While yes, the show is funded by sponsors and not patrons of the arts, there will always be a capitalistic element to it. (The BAFTA’s this is not...yet.) I feel people need to look past that.
It is a major moment in the gaming industry that brings all the platform leaders together, developers, and fans in

So... that’s a shitty thing to do.

if it’s so boring, why attend?

I foresee this following the same path as Wii U: a lot of customer confusion over whether it’s a new console, or just another iteration of Xbox One X.

yeah that OP was a pretty bad reach.

Weird, I’ve never seen a teenage girl in Evangelion. Perhaps you are confusing reality and fiction?

You should be ashamed of yourselves kotkau, trying to tarnish one of the best animes in history for clicks.

Yes, a police car has been dispatched to you location. Wait, I watched evangelion too, damn.

I’m really trying to find the connection you’re making here.
This dude had absolutely nothing to do with the creation and making of Evangelion.

I think Nintendo’s doing better but I don’t think they have their groove back. There still isn’t much new on the platform, or much to set it apart from competitors other than form factors, higher prices, and less sales.

This is old school PC game making at its finest. Companies used to make games that pushed hardware, now they just do ports of PS4 and Xbox games. Something like Crisis hasn’t happened in awhile. We haven’t really seen what a AAA game can be in VR, and Valve is one of the only companies that doesn’t have to worry about

Aren’t most of these awards bullshit anyway, just like with all award shows.

Look you can love whatever game you want. Ive always held the opinion that other people’s negative opinions on things I like can shove it.
