Personally I think he looks more like a hard-drinking, I've-been-continuously-scowling-for-the-past-35-years version of Aidan Quinn. (Did Sherlock choose Gregson out of a subconscious desire for a substitute father?)

I think some driving schools lend you use of their car for the test, or I'd call the DMV and ask if you could borrow a friend's (roadsafe, licensed, and insured) car for the test. (I have no idea why they wouldn't, but DMV.)

I think it's interesting that Hollywood assumes "woman" = "white woman".

They blazed the trails, and then male egos replanted the trees.

"I'm not a neurosurgeon, I'm the Sorcerer Supreme! MERRY FUCKING CHRISTMAS!" [gunshot]

Why not Zoidberg?

We're probably going to do both, because that's how we roll.

Because no one in Hollywood has ever lied about their next project being all about Khan before. EVER.

It took Nixon to get us to recognize China. Maybe it'll take Caitlyn Jenner giving megabucks to the NRCC to get the Comprehensive Nondiscrimination Act passed.

Does she (assuming) at least wear the solid-colored scrubs and not the ones with cartoon characters?

Yeah, IDK if that could've been saved, although I wondered if Dr Jericho Drumm, psychoanalyst by day, magician working in the Yoruba tradition by night, NOT Brother Voodoo and Strange will end you if you refer to his husband that way, might not have been able to work.

Whoa, Bettany does rather look like him. Good call.

Also, she's of a size and in a location where she can take advantage of sample sales. Or maybe she does a lot of Rent-the-Runway type deals for her one-off clothes.

If it weren't a man who tortured his then-wife for hours, I'd just say that he should publicly apologize and then make a big show of support for immigration reform. But it's Sean Penn, so I'm not feeling that bad.

The only jarring flaw: Papyrus.

Or they could get a vibrator that she could wear during PIV intercourse, or something.

Although a) the trailers don't make the system of oppression clear and b) Not Our Country, so it doesn't count.

Although the advertising campaign (in the US, at least) doesn't give any hint of Turing's sexuality, so I suspect at least some people walked in not realizing they were going to see "How an awkward gay mathematician saved Western civilization and then got screwed over by the government he saved". But the penny drops
