Why should I have to pay anything for men in their 60's? If they die before they start to collect Medicare, they'd save all taxpayers a bundle.

As a female smuggler, you can sleep Skavik, then insult her performance, and then kill him.
Except that it does actually make a difference to have art, to have music, to have science, to have afterschool programs, to have gym, and so on. And all of those things cost money.
So you do blame the kids. Nice.
I don't think you've seen a lot of poor schools.
The fear is a lot more damaging than the reality. I think.
No.
I sometimes think that the metrics used to assess schools are off. Schools in good districts have a lot of shiny "stuff." They have sports teams, libraries, after school clubs, science labs, small classes. They have parents who will pay for tutoring, or who buy into the idea that their kids must have "the best" at all…
It's true, they all had health care.
Yes, it is money. You also spent 8000 per kid in the 80s, dude. 8,000 per kid IS NOT A LOT OF MONEY. In fact, it's near criminal.
And there are plenty of poor people, in schools you yourself would call "shitty" because they are full of brown people, who are working their asses off, doing quite well, and getting the shaft in funding cuts every year, or getting closed to reopen as a different charter because... education reform! Or getting closed…
Well, everyone knows kids in the suburbs never ever get bullied.
In the past few years we've entertained a few job offers from the OC. I did my real estate research and I think the only part I can stand is Santa Ana. There's a magnet school that has fairly decent ratings, and it looks like the kind of place that most of the people who gate themselves in the rest of the OC won't go…
Looks like Age of Conan. I mean that as a compliment, but as with every other MMO that's come out since WoW, I worry that they're spending so much on the front end and not working hard enough on actual, consistent gameplay.
I'm just sad that these shows—especially New Girl—live on, while Don't Trust the B in Apt 23 was cancelled. Now THAT was a good show.
I'm not going to read the comments. Reading the comments would remind me why I lump male gamers in a group of ill-equipped social lumpkins deserving of pity more than scorn—even though I have a hard time finding them pity to give. The truth is, I've been gaming for decades, and know plenty of men who enjoy the hobby.…
One interesting thing is that your "orderly" system probably costs MORE than just providing food to anyone that needs it would.
NYC does this everywhere, I think. I know they do it at my kid's school—and yes, it is awesome—although we need more volunteers to help with the dropped off younger kids.
It might send me to pc hell, but I agree with you, ace. Sort of.
I'm also pretty sure consultants and freelancers don't count in that headcount of 50 employees you need to have to be covered by FMLA at your workplace. There's a lot of fuzzy math—still, it's something we can thank Clinton for—that it exists at all.
