It doesn’t force you to play differently, it forces you to play only one single way. The reason why the Last of Us Part II’s stealth is so fun for me is the myriad of ways to distract and take down enemies. There were plenty of times I had to unload on enemies because I had gotten caught, so I don’t see how it was so

A prime example for my running theory that almost every boss battle in gaming is bad. I do not like it when boss battles take a stressful, stealth game and force you to just fight.

1998, but that’s because I was six playing Ocarina of Time for the first time

Seems like he should lay off choosing the dialogue choices with the heart next to them

lmao this single handedly made me more interested in this game

oh dude i agree with you. my joke is that paradox always portrays these efforts in their game as the way i put it.

100%. I’m really happy for the workers, and hopefully I will be able to enjoy paradox games more knowing they were made fairly

oh in reality yes! unfortunately, paradox’s games never capture things like this (especially hearts of iron iv) and always portray unionization (or any sort of workers rights) in the way above.

Paradox has gained:

looks like they solved my FOMO problem!

i’m at 1,100 hours with hearts of iron iv. do i dare myself to add another paradox game?

eh i hope so for bungie! always liked the studio. i think i’m just officially over destiny 2 now.

wow that’s sorta lame. I really liked D2 Y1 and Forsaken. now? i just can’t see picking up anymore expansions.

The lack of insta-kill with the hidden blade in Odyssey made it better and much more enjoyable as a stealth game.

It felt extremely good to delete Destiny 2 on my PS4 to free up the space for two or three games. I can’t keep justifying having these 100+gb games on my hard drives without them being the predominant game in my gaming lineup (spoilers: they’re not)

I don’t know why but I find the Viking setting so...bland? I don’t know. It does not interest me nearly as much as Ptolemaic Egypt or Classical Greece

My grandfather passed away the second week of March. I am so glad he went peacefully and not in pain, tortured by this virus.

when a heated gamer moment meets a heated nascar moment.

i used to live in Scotland for a while (in the US now), and I’ve definitely used google earth vr to explore my old haunts now that my planned trip back in summer is canceled.

my buddy implemented a band system to simulate the pull of a drawstring on a bow too. the game is janky in vr but really cool. I’m going to invest in more vr titles while i’m stuck at home. alyx, the climb, skyrim, and google earth (lol) have been comforting.
