Well, the Clone Wars technically end with the siege of Mandalore, and we know that Ahsoka and Rex are there and that Anakin wasn’t because he was called back to the temple. These things, at least, happen simultaneously. It would be a strange choice not to have the CW show spill over into ROTS at least a little. I mean…

I love that it also explained that Grievous being a wheezy mess in RotS was because Mace crushed his chest. Of course, then Filoni’s series overwrote that :-/

I can’t imagine they wouldn’t show Ahsoka’s own brush with Order 66 (Jedi or not, she’s still working with clone troopers), not to mention Rex’s viewpoint of the catastrophe.
