Yeah, but he’s probably one of those guys who threatens to kill you if you suggest The Office wasn’t very good.

At a NIN concert in the early 90s, there was a woman mid-floor that wouldn’t stop screaming at the top of her lungs. This continued during one of the quieter parts of Hurt, where Mr Reznor suggested she “shut the fuck up” mid-song. Crowd went wild. It was awesome.
I hear you! I am so put off by watching sunsets. You need to buy the book about ‘Our Sun’, watch COSMOS, Study orbital mechanics at a university, and take at least one astronomy course before you can even understand what the hell is going on! Truly annoying.
You don’t need to do anything. Watching and reading extra materials gives extra context, but you don’t need that extra context to enjoy what The Mandalorian or Star Wars for that matter.
Children would be terrified of a gigantic Adam Driver puppet.
Whoa, I never got the sense that Poe loves Finn AT ALL.
Well, that’s basically the entirety of Star Wars, to be honest.
I didn’t love everything about SW:TROS and I agree it moved at a breakneck pace and certain things could have benefitted from some time to breathe. BUT I do not understand this obsession with thinking that everything has to have a fleshed-out backstory/explanation. Poe was a spice runner, whatever that is. But it was…
Technically, Nebula killing her younger self. :^)
Lots of great moments in Endgame, but one of my favorites is when Thanos punches Captain Marvel in the face and her head doesn’t even move. Just goes “clank.” Thanos has spent the last 10 minutes mopping the floor with Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor, then along comes Carol Danvers and “Clank.” He had to actually…
I agree with most of this, except for The Joker. I like to imagine that Joaquin’s Joker wasn’t the actual Joker villain that we all grew up with, but instead he is the one who inspired the Jack Napier type Joker to murder Bruce’s parents.
Jennifer Lawrence was only contracted for 3 X-films; her return to Dark Phoenix, and so her openly contemptuous performance therein was as much her fault as it was the producers’ cowardice to not replace her. (And that’s assuming, very generously, that the character was still needed at all.)
idk I sort of loved and was delighted by the Ryan Reynolds reveal at the end of Det. Pikachu, which SOMEHOW I had no idea was coming.
Could not agree more. For me, my love of Star Wars stems from the universe itself. I have my favorite characters, creatures, movies and stories, but it’s the galaxy itself that I truly love. Especially with the Skywalker story in particular coming to an end (for now), these smaller stories exploring the GFFA are the…
Dec. 2020 Unnamed Baby Yoda origin movie.
Having just watched the prequel trilogy in the last month, I’m inclined to disagree. It has some cool moments, but a lot of the cgi doesn’t hold up, and even the cool looking effects, which there definitely are some, don’t really look like they’re happening or are actually there. Things like the spaceship Obi-wan, Qui…
3 year time breaks didn’t really save the prequel trilogy. To be fair though, nothing saved that godawful series.
Show me a movie trilogy anywhere that has had a solid plan, outside of Lord Of The Rings which cheated by having an established book to copy it from.
Neither could this guy:
Yes, because we all know how great things turn out when George has a plan.
