Celebs are desperate to remind us how essential they are, in a new world where they matter so much less than they ever have and yet still more than they ever should have.

After the demise of the McDonaldland Gang / characters, Ronald was the last remnant of McDs kid focus. While they did Sid and Marty Krofft (Hollywood Walk of Fame last week!) wrong, the McDonaldland characters were a fun part of my childhood.

Imagine my dismay when I stumbled across her show one day only to discover it wasn’t the Wendy O Williams show......
