FWIW, NASCAR admitted they fucked up with the brake lock up yellow. They thought the engine had let go and pulled the trigger on the yellow too quickly.
I’ve got an ‘07 Civic HY, bought it in ‘14 w/96k on it, currently has 175k. Agreed, it’s a great car. Battery pack was replaced at 85k and crossing fingers it doesn’t need another soon.
