Can’t be ‘99. They got rid of the pop-ups for the 1998 MY.

Plenty of older race cars from the 70's had stretched tires, not as extreme as this but they were stretched.

They’ve been doing this exact style on cars like this in Japan since the early 80's at the minimum. It is a huge part of their local car culture.

IIRC, there was no complaints from whomever tested it at Red Bull. Theirs was a bit more upright and had more supports in it though.

Look how great that McLaren looks. Get the current cars back down to that length. I’ll deal with all the aero ridiculousness if we can have cars that aren’t 6km long.

Nah, they were the absolute pinnacle.

you must be sheltered

Red Bull one looks stronger anyway.

They’re building a TCR variant as well.

Same with CT. It’s weird now because cars haven’t changed THAT MUCH in twenty years as opposed to before. Look at a car from 1977, and 1997. They’re VASTLY different eras, and it looks it. 1997-2017, while the ‘97 car definitely looks old, it’s still got all the characteristics of a modern car.

The oval Taurus qualifies for Classic plates here in CT now.

Bakkerud/Block run Foci in WRX.

Is it really though?

$40k to make it slower. Hmm.

Can’t stand the host of Dirt Every Day. Content is cool, but the dude doing it is awful.

His entire demeanor makes me want to punch small children in the face.

Same engine that won the Rolex 24, Sebring 12hr, and Petit last year in IMSA competition. It’s stout.

Don’t matter how awful they all may be, nothing is as obnoxious as Shmee150.

11 outta how many millions of cars with them?
