We buy a roll of builders paper drop cloth from Lowes every few years. It looks like super-heavy brown craft or butcher paper, then just add a nice ribbon. It’s ridiculously simple, super cheap, and we always get comments on how they look. Plus, a roll of 2.33 ft x 140 ft is only $9

The Delta app already does this. At least whenever I use it. I get notifications about boarding and when my luggage has been loaded/unloaded.

I actually work for a company that provides parking data (of the list, our technologies offer part of the solution in DC, SF, and St. Louis) We use parking sensors that go in every space to give occupancy data in real time.

Code?? I’m not seeing the $198 price in my cart.

This is why we cut cable like 6 years ago and switched to netflix and Apple TV/itunes. There aren’t many network/cable shows we care about, and those that we do, we just buy a season pass on iTunes. Yes, we’re paying for the shows, but there aren’t any commercial breaks to have to fast forward through, skip, etc.

St. Louis being #3 is an instance where statistics don’t quite match up with reality. St. Louis is a very segmented area, where what is considered “St. Louis” by crime statistics is actually less than 1/4 of what most people that live there would consider to be “St. Louis”. The area is actually divided in to St.

Yep- perfectly!

This is one instance where Pre-Check has more than paid for itself. No body scanner in the Pre-Check line - only the old school metal detector. And no taking crap out of your bag, or taking shoes off. Plus, on 95% of the flights, the line is way shorter.

I got an electronic mouse trap after trying to deal with mice in my walls using the standard traps and the catch/release style - didn’t want to use poison or the sticky traps. It’s been amazing- kills them quickly, reliably, and relatively humanely. Nice thing about it is it’s re-usable. Just add a little more

I used to do these a lot in the 90's with 4x5 instant film. Having done literally hundreds of these, I found that REALLY hot water and adding a little ammonia worked best to help remove the emulsion from the substrate. Like he said, these things get crazy delicate when they don’t have a backing anymore and can get

Yes, and I absolutely love them! I bought the DeBuyer set a few years ago and they keep getting better. They now are more non-stick than my old teflon pans. https://amzn.com/B002LCMM2E I now usually only to rinse them out and wipe dry with a paper towel- even with things like eggs (but I always throw a bit of oil or

My favorite is the Chrome Niko messenger. Super durable, water resistant zippers/fabric and virtually indestructible. Plus, it can easily be re-purposed for non camera use. If you’ve got a ton of gear, they also make a larger version. I’ve got a 5dmkIII and 3 lenses I carry in this with plenty of room for accessories.
