You know, that’s kind of why I wanted Kylo Ren’s story to end without a redemption arc. Yes, he’s insecure, and vulnerable, and has been manipulated by dark forces. He’s also a violent mass murderer. He can be a sad figure but still an ultimately villainous one.

I kinda loved Birds of Prey. It’s messy and goofy and fun and has a cool zigzag structure. Performances are great, the action sequences are superbly shot (better than any superhero flick in a while), I just grooved on the whole vibe of it. 

Esp since a racist homophobic jerk getting a medal preempted our diverse team's adventures :(

I would have preferred a Josie & the Pussycats spinoff. But maybe that is basically what this is?

That’s the kind of crazy I can get behind. I’m watching season 2 now and plan on starting both seasons over afterwards so my wife can see it. Maybe I will do what I did with Crazy Ex-Girlfriend during its first season when I was sure it would be cancelled and just leave the show playing even when I am not watching it.

Absolutely. Nate bouncing from lady to lady on the crew made me feel like they cheapened Zari by having her fall for him.

Aw I like Mona, but I know this show kinda doesn’t have a good role for her to play to justify stick around, and I’d rather she exit and return than “disappear entirely forever” like every other exit.

And Caity/Sara is leaps and bounds from where she started as a character and performance on Arrow. It’s one of the best slow burn improvements of a character I can recall in recent times.

No Caity Lotz, no Legends. Who needs to watch that worse version of Arrow that’s apparently coming out soon when this is still on?

The stench of greatness does not typically linger

Just finished COIE today. It’s not my favorite crossover imo (Earth X for me) but it wrapped up with a great finale. I’ve only ever kept up with the Legends so I’m biased there with Furball and Rebecca Silver showing up.

Fun Fact: I watched all of that despite never having seen any of the serieses (except for Batwoman, which I’m indifferent on). The highlight? Ducky Lex Luthor.
