The wheel didn't come off a Fox Mustang, it came from a 97-04 F-150 and possibly slightly later model F-2/350 Trucks, So it's not quite that out of date. They still use window switches out of '87-up Ford trucks on the lucky few that get power windows, or at least they did in 2010.

I'd hate to have to buy a set of tires for that. I mean the extra grip must be nice but there's gotta be a point when you think to yourself "Maybe I shouldn't put that wide of tires underneath of a street car"

Not if I just want to shift however I want and not have a computer second guess my decision making process regardless of me using the most efficient gear for the task at hand.

I agree with everything you said about the VII except for people recognizing it as a Lincoln. Everyday it seems someone will ask me "What is that?" But God those cars are awesome, my '90 SE is getting a 351w and a T-5 soon

I'd bring back the Mark series using the Mustang chassis a la Mark VII and more importantly have a soft and cushy Bill Blass esque model and then have an LSC model to compete more directly with the sportier luxury cars

I agree wholeheartedly with that. It's just another reason for me to not buy a newer vehicle. These days 16 in. wheels are usually considered small. It's pure craziness I tell you!

I love driving on the bridge! It's tons of fun, I purposefully drive on the grates because I love the way it pulls the car back and forth and the noise it makes. Just don't think about flying away in a strong breeze and you're set to go

That would be a great choice! Although if given the chance I'd rather pick a similar year Thunderbird or the VIII's older brother the VII based only on sentiment however

I'd have to go with the VII. I love those cars. They make me have very little money and a very big smile. If you get one be a little leary of the air suspension, it's a little finicky but its pretty nice when it works

This one. Because it's the best of everything. And because a car that simple shouldn't be able to do what it does as well as it does. I mean they have a rear suspension derived from '60's era Chevrolet Half-ton trucks, and usually they're rocking a Toploader or T-10
