Partially correct, you can modify your car here but within certain limitations. And we do, thankfully, have very strict laws around drinking and drugs and driving, with random testing. It is also mandatory for all vehicle occupants to wear seat belts. Safety!

If, like me, you’re a Liberty Walk fan and catch two trains to visit them in the suburbs of Nagoya, make sure you pick a weekday when they’re open. Ask me how I know? Still got some good photos like this one:  https://flic.kr/p/2pSpoS5

It is misguided to view any genuine Liberty Walk product through our normal expectations of style, design or fashion. If you do, you have missed the point.

This design is very similar to the Mitsuoka Galue which I photographed in Kyoto a year ago. Same rear lights, same round headlights and grill. Quite a sight to see in person.

All that German skill and design expertise, and we still end up with a big black square in the middle of the Maybach grill . . .

Quote from @BHW: “the e66 7-series by Bangle, which then went on to be the highest selling luxury sedan in history.”

I am not an expert with firearms, but it is obvious the person discharging this firearm while driving his car has NO IDEA how to do so.

Are newspapers still a thing?

Taillights stolen off the current Ford Focus / Escape / Puma out of Europe, very original!

Agreed, I can remember when the first and second generation were released in Australia, they were really groundbreaking and innovative for their time.

Thanks for more excellent photos, Ken.  I’m visiting Japan in April and will be visiting Liberty Walk HQ outside Nagoya just before attending round one of Formula Drift Japan at Suzuka Twin Circuit on April 22.  Can’t wait!

The media do this in several instances, for example, when something happens to someone of certain religions, the religion is mentioned . . . . when it has nothing to do with why or what happened. It’s all about creating unconscious bias.

Toyota do make the Corolla hatchback as a Hybrid.  They are quite popular here in Australia.

Thank you for sharing the Renault Espace F1 clip, what great noise!

I’ve owned my 2016 Focus ST since new and they only come with the Recaro front seats in Australia. I’m over six feet tall and carry extra weight. Never had an issue with the seats, find them very comfortable even on long trips.  Just passed 108,000 km in it.  Maybe my shape is different to all the whingers?

When I first saw a Smart Roadster in the showroom of Mercedes-Benz of Sydney many moons ago, I studied it and sat in it and really wanted to test drive it. I had an idea of the price and was ready to sell my W168 A160 (with autoclutch manual gearbox) to buy the Roadster. Left my details with the sales manager . . . .

The real reason Beijing Motor Show is postponed is because their photocopier is broken . . .

Mr Torch, another exceptional, high quality and fascinating article, delivered the way only you can do it.  Thank you

No problem, just make sure your Visa is in order or you may end up like Novax Djokovic

Rarely a day passes when an example like this reminds me why I’m so blessed not to live in the U S A.  The chances of something like this happening in Australia is close to zero.  We don’t even need to do “active shooter” drills in our schools here.
