I'm really excited about the update, but I hate that they're going with a flatter design. Not because I don't like the design, but because there's no way all the apps in my menu bar and dock are going to change their icons.

My mistake. I had a different shortcut for command+K this whole time, which is why it didn't work in Evernote.
This is great. Wish it gave you the options to add hyperlinks without a right-click, though. Been waiting for that for awhile.

Procrastinating is especially unfriendly to the wallet for freelancers. Every day I don't turn in an article for a website I write for is another day that I can't pick up a new assignment.

Things read better in Pocket than in Evernote, in my opinion.
Even with all the great guides of Lifehacker, I still haven't got super into tagging. I'm working on an article about to organize Evernote without tags.
Awesome article. Saving to Pocket also removes the non-text elements of the page. Sometimes Evernote doesn't, so it's really useful to use Pocket as an intermediary.
You could say that about tablets, too.
