I think its time we reexamined exactly what it means to be an 'impartial' judge, and acknowledge that a judge will have personal opinions on literally every case brought before them and that to be impartial doesn't mean a necessarily moderate or neutral stance on any given issue but rather that a judge is willing to

I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you but people in general, myself (and I'm willing to bet even you) included, tend to rationalize our decisions on the basis of personal experience. I mean, in a perfect world, perhaps everyone would look at everything from a purely rational basis and make decisions accordingly,

Cue all the conservatives who'll lose their shit over this and argue that this means she should recuse herself from the case while simultaneously ignoring all the instances of Justices like Scalia making very public comments about their strong opposition to abortion before deciding abortion cases.

Also, another question re: lactose intolerance- Does it mainly apply to only raw dairy products like milk/sour cream, or is it an every dairy product kinda thing. Also, does cooking have any impact on it, like say a cream based sauce or soup.

Y'know, I've always wondered what they do to lactaid milk? Do they just remove the lactose from milk?

Ok, good thing in general. Now, can we please change the laws regarding sex work so it doesn't victimize the women it's meant to protect? Like, can it just be the law that if you're working as a prostitute in a sex trafficking ring that you're immune from all prosecution?

With few exceptions, I'm of the 'If you don't like a topping, pick it off, motherfucker' school of thought. Like, its dirt simple to pick off, what?, maaaybe 5-6 pieces of a topping of a topping you don't care for off a slice. You know what is pretty much impossible? Putting toppings on a pizza once it's already made

What do I click, cause I have yet to see any kind of edit feature...

Just curious: Are you drinking milk and gin cocktails?

I want to clarify that when I said I know people who are pork/shellfish/nut allergic I'm talking about distinctly different people, not some poor SOB that is allergic to all three at the same time.

Now, keeping in mind that the plural of anecdote isn't 'data', I have to say, I can't recall meeting a single person in my life that knew or told me that they were lactose intolerant. Like, if its really 60% you'd think I'd know at least a couple of people that were straight up like 'Nah man, can't have any dairy'.

I meant to say...

I run a business. People want to work for less money, I'll pay them less money. I don't call them up and go, 'Can I give you some more?' Because that's not what you do when you run a business. The truth is is what women have to do is not work for less money, they have to walk away. People shouldn't be so grateful for

Lol, that brings me to something else about autistic/DD individuals: The sheer amount of them that are aware to a frighteningly sophisticated degree of how others perceive them and their disabilities and know how to play it up to their advantages.

I've run the whole gamut between skim to whole. I drink pretty much 2% now but I can drink whole no problem. 1% I can do in a pinch but it tends to have that same watery-ness that skim possesses. Skim is only if I'm desperate.

I KNEW IT!!!
