For sure. One of my jobs involves a lot of tedious, easy labor. Those are the times my mind starts bubbling up all kinds of crazy stuff. Listening to podcasts at the same time also helps me spark up the old noodle.

I go to bed at 10pm, so if my racing thoughts are keeping me from getting to sleep I say/think ‘Is there anything I can do to solve this problem right now? No, go to sleep and deal with it tomorrow.’
