I have an unsatisfying life, I guess.
Yeah, I guess they're not quite the same, but certainly more similar than the original design.

I actually 100% agree, I was deliberately aggravating you. I think a big part of my problem with the designs is the nod in the general direction of realism, but without actually committing to the idea/being a competent enough artist to follow through on it. It ends up making the designs look badly conceived and deeply

Yeah same. I like teen spidey, but i'm not sure how I feel about the movie revolving around a homecoming dance. On one hand it feels a bit like a story idea that exists in service to marketing cleverness. On the other, someone in the comments at BMD suggested a movie that plays out in real time about Spidey trying to

It's really on the nose in a way none of the other Marvel movie titles have been (Maybe Captain America: The First Avenger)

Man, that does sound good. I feel like if I'm gonna get back into superhero comics, this won't be the one to do it, but it still looks dope af.

That is some awesome cover art. I was super turned off of the DC-HB universe by that terrible Scooby Doo character redesign, and also by the fact that I haven't read an ongoing comic series in like 5 years (I super miss it), but this has piqued my interest.

Perfect!

I hope so, but also I hope they hire GdT to make it from a Travis Beacham script and it's awesome.

Just dropping in to this old-ass comment to say: Thank you for reminding me how good Vampire Weekend are. Ya Hey just popped up in my CZ playlist and it's just a perfect confection of indie pop. I remember thinking when this album came out that it was their best yet, and I was totally right, it's gold.

I've been following Lin Manuel on twitter since that song dropped, so I kept seeing him tweeting about Hamilton and wondering what the hell it was! (It didn't help that I lived in the city of Hamilton at the time, which really confused matters)

Same as everyone else here (Wait For It, Satisfied, Helpless). But I'd like to put a word in for Hurricane & Burn as the thematic centerpieces of the whole damn thing.
Also best moment: The 3part harmony mbmbam shoutout

That live HBO special is so good. Every song they play there is the best version of that song.

I have, so far, avoided editting people's choices based on my own taste, but here is where i make my stand: No Weird Al.

If you ignore every other episode of HIMYM ever produced, sure.

No, there were no requests for FotC. I will add them forthwith though.

It'll actually end up being whichever fits better when I decide in needs to be slotted in. So we shall see!
