So it was CGI? During the movie I was wondering if they'd actually used *makeup* to make Tarkin look like Peter Cushing: it was certainly weird.
And now I wish someone had done a production of Happy Days starring Robin Williams: it would have been the biggest imaginable Fuck You to an audience in recent history :)
I can't wait for a Tom Stoppard-based sitcom: every episode will just be thirty minutes of Stoppard making jokes no one understands, and loving it :)

Okay… this made me laugh so hard.
I'm well-experienced in reading scripts - and, admittedly, I had mixed feelings, I didn't think it was terrible - but c'mon, you can't imagine people reading the script and maybe finding the plot twists and revelations stupid?
One thing's for sure: A black Hermione is a great idea :)
One of the best parts of the play (in script form, at least): Albus Potter is sorted into Slytherin - and then four years pass. One could imagine that Albus, over that time, develops a serious depression, and I identify with that.
