I’m not even sure Adriana was dumping Lucy. What exactly did she say to her? Something along the lines of, “I think you should move to your parents’.” She did also say something about not wanting her back at the house, but I didn’t get the sense it had anything to do with her having lost any feelings for her.

Time will tell if they’re broken up. I got the sense that Adriana was pushing Lucy away for Lucy’s safety. Lucy probably didn’t help by saying “your job or me” in other words, but she didn’t have a lot of time to prepare a response, either.
