I think the real takeaway here for most of us is ‘Don’t buy a used car based solely on the mileage’. 92k seems on the low side for the year, but an awful lot can happen to a car in 13 years and 92k miles.

It’s basically an Accord coupe with a cool paint job.

You get used to it. It’s never ‘easy’, but it’s manageable. My 76yo great uncle with an artificial leg manages, so I think most people can pull it off.

This review makes me happy, in a ‘you sometimes make good choices’ type of way.

What, you didn’t know Almost any car=2-seat Supercars? Lol. I mean, yeah, it’s really practical compared to an R8. But that ain’t exactly a rousing endorsement of useability.

Kudos for actually understanding why they had to do this. And on Jalopnik too, what are the odds. I have a 991 S manual, and after getting out of one of the other cars (especially, as mentioned, the M6, which is just a constant wall of torque), the 911 feels a bit soft. Yes, I remind myself that it’s supposed to be

Slow down boys, there’s plenty of Discovery Sport loaners at the dealership for everyone.

So, you didn’t disclose you’ve been tracking the car, but it didn’t seem odd to any of them that you have a problem that only occurs when the car is maxxed out in 4th or 5th gear? What miles per hour is that? Granted, I’d still think they should cover a non-modified performance vehicle that gets used on the track ‘as

You were upset with MB quality, so you decided you try out BMW?!? Good God man. I really do hope whatever you ended up with works well, I’m just scared at what your thought process must have been.

Yeah, but both times it did it to me, it was just random. And the car very rarely sits for more than a day or two at a time. It was very odd driving a modern car with no power steering, and knowing there was no ESP or ABS safety net.

Your drivers seat does this? The passenger seat in my W211 E320 CDI moves the headrest up and down depending on how far back the seat is, but the drivers is independently adjustable. And, it obviously isn’t powerful enough to open the sunroof cover (I don’t suppose anyways, it’s never, ever closed), but it will close

My Dad’s ‘99 Suburban has a weird wiper issue, although they usually just won’t work altogether. Lots and lots of Rain-X on that windshield.

When I saw the Civic, I thought it was actually a hatchback, a la Audi A7. I still so badly want it to turn into a budget-friendly, fun-to-drive A7. Maybe Honda will do like Mazda did with the 6, and make it into a hatchback?

Wait, so can someone explain what this is? Its Not an R8 with Renault badges? Why does it have that awful sideblade thing then and literally look just like an R8? So confused.

Can’t believe I had to scroll down this far to find the Viper. This has GOT to make the cut. And this one’s even a coupe, so there’s no escaping the heat.

I highly doubt the suspension is really that rough. I’ve got an R8 V10, which I assume had similar suspension tuning to the Gallardo, and I always leave the shocks in the stiff mode and don’t notice it being unbearable, no more than a 911 anyways.

They’re night and day, each with their own benefits. The i8 is a phenomenal grand touring car, perhaps the best I’ve ever driven. Very quiet in normal mode, plenty responsive, direct steering that’s precise but not overly heavy, and a ride that’s communicative without being bothersome or rough. But, around town, it

It’s so funny to hear y’all overseas talk about something like an XC90 as MASSIVE. It’s, at most, an average sized SUV over here. Different worlds.

On a typical 70mph interstate trip, with moderate A/C and regular accessory use, you can generally expect about 70 miles each from the battery and the gas tank. Of course, you can go much further if you slow down - we’ve had quite a few people report 100+ miles, and my iRemote app shows the range champ at 129 miles,

Most dealers seem to use X3s and 328s, although Indianapolis supposedly used 535I and d’s. You don’t have to pay for it, it’s ‘included’ as part of an i3 purchase. BMW just put the burden of cost on the dealers, so not many participate in the official program.
