In general, no. The base 1SV trim you see on the Buick website is less than 1% of all the wagons produced, and most dealers (at least up north where I am) won’t EVER order one as no GM discounts or rebates are applicable to that trim. All that being said, I’m happy to custom order you one in any combo you like :)

I’ve got over 400 miles on mine, no noticeable tire noise. Perhaps he had a bad tire?
