On monday?
On monday?
Yup. And your point?
Err like yeah. Of course!
Looks like a sloppier version the kind of thing the Mutoid Waste Company do, in fact they kind of pioneered it.... inspired by a mashup of Mad Max and the British comic 2000ad.
Looks like my Dad’s Austin Morris he had in the early ‘70s. Probably better built though.
I dunno, I was never a soldier, but err... don’t most armies tend to disregard their soldiers’ convenience?
Suburbia King - very good, more apt description than “Land Rover” nowadays. JLR should trademark that.
Paint with a roller? It works on a lot of old Land-Rovers over here, and some people get surprisingly good results. Not me, some other people.
Ouch. Now this is why I love my Defender, approach, ramp over and departure angles are superb, weight is centralised as much as possible with all the vulnerable bits tucked up inside the chassis while still somehow keeping a reasonable C of G (for an out and out off roader). And superb axle articulation.
Yes, coils are way better. All other things being equal.
Well I suppose it depends what era you are covering.
Even as a die hard Land-Rover fan I have to admit the latest Ranger is a good looking vehicle, especially in the top of the range 5 cyl 3.2 version.
Yeah that’s the difference, here you’re not allowed to fight back. European truckers are everyone’s punchbag.
Pity the hardass tooled up, letter of the law French cops with their matt black German weaponry don’t come down as hard on these arses as they do on people peaceably driving along their motorways (which I paid handsomely for the privilege for btw). Especially when I’m pulled over by Sig Sauer toting customs officers…
There’s plenty of character development.
“plot holes to every character being just Stock Bad Guy/Good Guy (save Furiosa)“
The fundis use Patrols? Did not know that, nor that they have gatlings. Seems a bit hi tech for people with a mediaeval mindset.
Rather big and clumsy but they’re durable machines: they take a lickin’ and keep on tickin’.
What the hell is up with the tyres on the Defender?
I quite fancy that car, I’d love to do a roadtrip in that. With windows.
