Ach ja, echt.
Ach ja, echt.
It doesn’t look like a disincentive to take hostages and lie through their teeth though does it?
It sounds worse than it is to a layman because we have speed limits designed for 1960's cars rather than 21st century ones and also because our cops are becoming less and less interested in thinking about appropriate speed for the conditions and driving standards than enforcing the letter of the law.
Except that the Spanish don’t really do spicy food, but yes I agree it’s a Golf with a mediterranean makeover.
Yes I always get deja vu for Germany when I drive that way.
It’s a pigeon, of course it’s a dickhead.
“Police believe someone from outside Brazil masterminded the elaborate abduction ... the architect of recent kidnappings which targeted high-worth individuals was led by a criminal from Europe.”
Heh, I noticed that too, how sad am I? The 110 in front has been off the British roads since October 2013.
Series 3s, looks like the military spec double bumper off the ex forces one has been taken off and put on the civvy station wagon.
As I said above - “Easier to accept something you discover yourself than have someone else point it out for you.”
Try Prospect magazine p36-38, Roger Scruton “Who are we?”. Articulates it pretty well.
That’s right, anyone who has concerns and points of view that differs from yours is pure filth. So you can ignore them, they don’t count.
Yeah I know it’s offputting isn’t it?
Don’t conflate Europe and the EU.
Someone is going to have to tell the remain voters that people didn’t vote to leave for the reasons they keep asserting they did.
Probably, although I don’t think the Transit/Ranger engine and box is that bad. But the 3.2 5 cyl sounds nicer.
Six months ago, Land Rover ended production of its iconic Defender, a truck whose roots go current engineering dates all the way back to 1948 1983.
I think it’s just about image, modern Britain is that shallow and fickle - Land-Rover reflects that.
The Defender went through about 6-8* diesel engines alone in it’s lifespan from the early ‘80s to now, never mind the petrols. So I really don’t see why journos keep crapping on about it.
I hear what you’re saying. thar’s why I have Defender with no electronics at all - well there’s a solenoid that shuts off the fuel and the stereo but that’s it. (Also have tatty a Golf 4 that will be toast if it develops any of your above mentioned problems).
