Huh? I have difficulty understanding how politics has any relevence.
Oh yes valve cover gasket, me too. Should really check the transmission oil levels, timing belt cover drain plug too. Getting new brake calipers not a bad idea either I think and take off both propshafts and have them checked and balanced.
Because ‘MURICA!! Fuck yeah! Bald eagles and shit!!
What skeffles said sums it up.
Oh really? Because I’m crap at them, enthusiastic but shit.
I am local, I’m in south Cambridgeshire about half an hour away and will of course keep my neck on a swivel. I just hope the bastards haven’t broken it up, it’s the sort of stupid panicked move that selfish the morons would do.
Defenders have been going missing for quite some time now, seeing there’s so little chance of any sort of consequences I would assume has emboldened scumbags.
I have no idea what the range is on those things, and I’ve no idea of the sense of scale when you fly “as the crow flies” but they didn’t seem to have any probs covering the distances in Afghanistan which is presumably much bigger than little old UK. But I think Wattisham sounds right.
I can’t figure out what the guy did but I feel smug: because my Defender has a proper front axle, as god intended off roaders to have.
Yeah me too! Awesome flying tanks they are. I’ve been wondering where they come from, initially I wondered if they came out of, or stopped off at, Bassingbourn to which I’m fairly close.
Tell me about it, I live halfway between Stansted and Luton.
Yes it would, made in the late 1970s, albeit not impossible to make before.
The Defender is at least crudely disguised as a Series (2?) with a recessed front grill and the wheelarch “eyebrows” removed.
It is indeed a Defender. Disguised very thinly as a Series, seeing as this is supposed to be set in the ‘60s or so. But very thinly disguised as it’s still got the one piece windscreen, frankly any Land-Rover specialist could have done a better job I think.
This is a joke, right?
Rear windows that I can actually see out of, rear park sensors are OK I guess but increasingly I suspect they are being fitted to make up for the deficiencies of design. Just design the car right in the fucking place will you. And a full size, proper spare wheel.
YES!
;)
Maybe they do say it but if so they don’t say it so loud, I don’t hear it nowadays. Also I don’t keep my mouth shut nowadays.
