A Honda, but Jesus didn’t like to talk about it.

John 12:49- “For I do not speak of my own Accord...”

RIGHT? But when I worked retail and said “Happy Holidays” as a general, I’ll wish you a happy season, I had so many hick ass people stop to hatefully wish me a “Merry CHRISTmas.” These fuckers need to buy a calendar and check their holiday privilege.

Did no one tell her IT’S FUCKING NOVEMBER?

I don’t care what anyone says Caged Gone in 60 Seconds had some seriously fun moments, the one you pointed out being a perfect example.

I fucking hate these little rolling tumors. One of the ugliest vehicles on sale.

Don’t make me come over there and oppress you.

There’s no such thing as a bad time to mock religion.

I’m not sure what you’re getting at. Newspapers do have ads, which partially supports them, and they have a subscription fee. My point is that if we don’t have ads, we are going to have subscriptions. How is a hybrid model of the two disproving that?

AdBlock stops video ads in a lot of cases, though. My argument isn’t that we should put up with any ads no matter how annoying, just that shutting out all ads is going to lead more sites to go to subscription services. Ads are what allow us to have free sites. They are the only thing that allow that. I don’t want to

I think that ad-block will be illegal at some point. We are shamefully slow at forming any regulation for tech.

Okay, but when all content starts going to a pay to see model, don’t complain because people like you caused that. I hate big business as much as anyone and many ways they choose to make money are shady as hell, but having ads is one of the best. And, at the end of the day, without a profit motive, they aren’t going

thank god this is the comments section of a blog and not a national security briefing.

The absolute worst is watching ads before movie trailers or for commercials on youtube. You made me watch a commercial before the commercial. I mean what the actual fuck.

It doesn’t bother you that ads are how they support the sites? The reality is, living with ads on the page is how you pay for using this site. I do agree that sites would be wise to make them as unobtrusive as possible to not encourage people to ad-block them, but I also think using ad-block is not really different

“See, I will only not steal from you if you meet my demands. I’m righteous.”

Hate me if you will, but this looks like the fox body of Mercedes vehicles.

We used to play this chicken game with the Russians back in the ‘80’s. We were careful to turn off radars and to aim weapons down to the deck to preclude any excuse for a “misunderstanding” and I thought both sides, at least the men on the ships if not the men back at headquarters, pretty-well understood the game. I

Well at least you’re being honest about using government power to grant yourself special privileges at the expense of others...
