You missed the entire point: Facebook claims to be neutral and just “reporting” the hot articles. That was obviously not the case. A “trending” article should be reflected as “trending” regardless of the content.
No bruh, it’s -exactly- censorship. The fact that you’re applying your opinion as to relative levels of outrage of consumers doesn’t mean a goddam thing as to what is actually trending on FB or not.
As the person responsible for making the video, I can explain why it has this particular form. Most of the videos I make about high-energy astrophysics are more straight-forward documentary-style videos. This one addresses an upcoming event, so I thought it could be appropriate, and fun, to make it in movie trailer…
