To my knowledge they're all special ordered by dealers and aren't technically offered in Europe, that doesn't mean they're particularly difficult to get or rare to see

I have wanted to retrofit manual windows so bad in my BMWs, but on the bright side I can get a door panel off and figure out the regulators issue in virtually no time at all now
