Ventured over to People to read about “A baby!” (give me a break, I’m pregnant). Good news for a model that was diagnosed with PCOS to conceive! However, the article mentioned that she and her boyfriend had been together for 10 years.  She’s 24 and he’s 29... Anyone else see the problem there?

Also as was pointed out previously whilst Dalkey is undoubtedly an extremely affluent suburb of Dublin city it is merely that a suburb. One thing it definitely isn’t is a gated community. But why let the truth get in the way of the story.

A tweet isn’t living in an area.

The riots span a very large area and I’m about two blocks away from some of the less intense - but still scary riots - that happened. I have no idea what will happen tonight.

Today I walked a small section of Lake, between two major roads. Yes, there is the Target, CVS, Cub Foods, and

AKA advertising for my company. Please let me cut your face. PLEASE!

My grandma was born in the early 1910's, so all of this is what she grew up with. When I was a kid I remember her pointing out an actress who “drew a white line down her nose” to narrow it (grandma was way ahead of the game on contouring!). She also complimented my legs, and encouraged me to keep my full eyebrows

I’m old, but not yet so old that I forget stuff, so I guess I’m the one who gets to tell you all that Jennifer commonly took the kids out for pap sightings when they were small. It was a thing at the time that a lot of celebrities were having babies and suddenly getting the benefit of the doubt from the press - baby

I mean, we’re all pretty much over Felicity Huffman’s guilt, right? She did the smart thing by getting it over with as quickly as possible, so it was way more of a blip on our radars.

I understand the concept of a Becky, and I understand when artists, motherf*cking artists, use it in their texts because it has meaning.

Yeah I feel the same way. What if “Karen” is your actual name - how are you supposed to feel then?

Wholeheartedly agree. I know it was originally used by POC to describe a certain kind of racist woman, but it’s just evolved into a synonym for “bitch.” Now, everybody’s using it, including right-wingers, and I get an uncomfortable feeling that it holds so much power as an insult because people really loathe

It’s a shorthand that we use because the more accurate statement “afford a woman reporting an assault the same benefit of the doubt you’d afford a white man reporting a stickup” is longer and less catchy as a marketing slogan.

For the moment, I’m going to assume you’re not deliberately concern trolling. But regardless, you’re misconstruing what “believe women” actually means. “Believe Women” is not a blanket statement. It’s a shorthand that we use because the more accurate statement “afford a woman reporting an assault the same benefit of

#BelieveWomen is a lot easier for people to understand than #GiveAccusationsMadeByWomenMoreCredenceSinceSomeAuthorityFiguresAreOverlyDismissiveButKeepInMindThatDueProcessIsImportantAndPeopleAlsoLieAndWeHaveALongHistoryOfWhereUnprovenAccusationsHaveLedToJailtimeAndDeathForTheWronglyAccused.

I just feel bad for actual people named Karen. My cousin is an elementary school teacher just living her life and being a good person, but now her name is equated with these assholes.

The responses are kind of weird.  Whether she can afford to live somewhere else or not - and she can 10 times over - does not excuse what Sarkozy has done to her if the allegation is true.  Can we stop doing the “I don’t feel sorry when bad things happen to rich people ‘cause their rich” bullshit?

My first thoughts honestly weren’t about money at all - I think forcing her to deal with a big move in the midst of a pandemic, with very little notice and in the middle of the one of the worst-hit cities, is the really sinister part.

It’s hard to pity her last-minute eviction from the Manhattan apartment, since the next day she moved into a $325,000-for-the-summer rental house in the Hamptons. Anyone else might’ve been left couch surfing - she’s living by the actual surf.

Ugh, I know I’m going to come across as contrarian, but I don’t really believe that she looks like that in real life. I think that photo is just extremely, EXTREMELY photo-shopped.

For the umpteenth time, J Crew is not shutting down. It filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, i.e., reorganization, toward the goal of restructuring debt and staying in business. Every time you guys post about a business’s bankruptcy, you assume it automatically means going out of business (which would be Chapter 7). And

Immediately upon moving in, she sat me down and explained to me that she had diabetes and that it was my responsibility to help her manage it, including giving her insulin injections and always having frosting in the fridge which I was to spread on her gums if the need ever arose. She warned me that she had passed out
