Looking at that linked article, it mentions an enzyme that destroys thiamine. But, elsewhere it says that salmon is a good source of thiamine, even when raw. Also, only some fish have this enzyme, which is called thiaminase. Salmon is not one of them.

My cat is going to hate me if I stop giving her any of my smoked salmon. I never give her more than a small piece, and it’s never more than once a week. I get that too much is probably not so good for them.

All the more reason for them to keep their backers happy. The risk is on the developer’s side, that they’ll have to refund a bunch of money that they’ve likely already spent on development. Backers pulling out in mass could ruin them.

Not a single movie on this list is ruined. Jurassic Park for example. It was not meant to be an “escape watch”. It’s a parable about the hubris of mankind in the face of great power. If the pandemic opened your eyes to this, then the movie is better for it.

Again, that has nothing to do with what they were trying to determine in this study.
