One can’t simply “get” a character. It’s all luck and so difficult to earn more orbs after a while without paying a lot for them.
I faced one guy that had two level 40 Takumis, holy hell. I did get lucky and summoned one of my own, have him up to level 40 now. I actually find it difficult to level up my other characters because he takes everyone out so easily. I sometimes have to unequip him to bring his power level down.
