@Rhonlore: No, sorry. They've said in the recent past (the same day they hinted at future PS3 streaming) that they were working on opening in some more international markets.

A lot of people would argue that Netflix is not E for Everyone. For some reason, people can't control their children, and complain about not having R-rating restrictions to keep their kids from streaming whatever they want, whenever they want.
