I drilled holes in the vent and cut out the section in the hood, so not it does function. It only draws air into the engine compartment now, don't know if it's better or worse....but at least it's not fake anymore! Now the side scoops...eventually those will go away completely!

How about a 60's era Ford Bronco, it would be a significant change from you're last two vehicles, small enough to fit in a garage, and it has a certain panache to it!
