Also when you get them. If you buy them in season, you can get really good ones. Out of season, you get ones that are shipped halfway around the world, and they tend to pick those for hardiness rather than flavor.

Employers can insist that potential candidates submit to a drug test and background check (criminal and financial) as a precursor to hiring. Requiring a vaccination for employment makes perfect sense, and I’m glad to see companies starting to act on it.
