I think it was a completely devastating ending, because I think Bea was actually conscious of Bojack’s lie at the end, the reason being that she played along with his description, even saying the Ice Cream was tasty, something she could’ve never said because she was never allowed to have Ice Cream as a kid.

I think americans care too much about race issues, I’m latin american and I’ve never even thought about Todd’s ethnicity.

I think you should stop worrying about it so much and just enjoy the show with it’s wonderful voice acting.
