Facebook can afford to do that. Can blog comment sections?
It’s much more mundane than that. Fox News has always relied on making “gotcha!” points to prove their point. They hope that they can get the interviewee to stumble, and they’ll claim that they’re right because of that. They’re wholly unprepared when the person has an answer ready.
The guy ran a stop sign! WHY ARE YOUR WEAPONS DRAWN??
Is there any evidence that he was set up?
It’s not just that. There’s a tribal “team” aspect of the military that you just can’t find in the civilian world. A lot of people go back to the military after getting out because you go from being a part of a team to just a person. It’s not that you have no individuality in the military, don’t get me wrong. The point isn’t to stop street racing. That’s the opposite of the point.
It’s actually a very interesting state in a few respects. Its legislature consists of only one house, and legislators (they refer to themselves as senators) have no party affiliation when elected (there’s no party next to their name). Bills proposed can only cover one topic (no pork).

Well, no. The laws are written without race. It’s the enforcement that’s flawed. A law saying you can’t detain people like this is an unambiguously neutral law.
This isn’t platform-specific, dummy.
It’s playable. This was real game code running on a PS5 devkit. Epic has confirmed this.
There are absolutely games that look better than this right now.
It takes a lot to be toxic, though.
These shouldn’t even be compared. We’re not in a war zone. This is domestic life, not Kandahar.
You finally put into words what I could not.
I... what? This is America, the country with an absurd amount of guns in the hands of the populace. Complain about that bit as much as you want, but given that that is the reality, there’s no point in calling police at all if they’re disarmed and perpetrators are not.
With the exception of the bacon, that egg breakfast is pretty damn healthy, no need to feel bad about that.
