I think its pretty clear that Apple can get away with selling the devices for less due to a little thing called iTunes. Think about it: when you buy that shiny new iPad/pod/phone, what do you start loading it up with? Apps. And who sees a chunk of the revenue from said app purchases? Oh.

Here's the only tip anyone who is slightly interested in PC Gaming needs to get through their freaking heads:

Yep, I would agree. I was going to try the html line breaks.....but I didn't bother. And I still won't any time I want to use a line break. Not a fan of the new comment system.

I never said that all-sugar soda isn't better than HFCS versions....it absolutely is. Hence the reason pretty much all the soda I drink these days is the "Throwback" Mountain Dew. So, so freaking good.

Oh thank you so much for that, I will update my bookmarks accordingly.

Here's my opinion: Coca Cola in a can = Disgusting. Coca Cola from McDonald's = Fantastic And yes I know it's weird, but it's how it tastes to me. Why the hell can't you put lines in your comments anymore? The new site layout is not so hot.

Not me. They look cool, but I'm not paying 8% of the full game cost for things that make up less than 1% of the game content. And that's 8% of the game cost in the generation where the MSRP of games went up by $10 as well. And then of course you get into the whole "Are they already on the disc?" argument. There's DLC

Why, because they're closing the door on things that haven't been successful for them recently? If anything they'll be better off for it. Why waste money on games that don't turn a profit? Activision has Call of Duty and whatever games Blizzard makes. They're more than fine.

Yeah, because you really sound like a better person than any of them are.

If Gizmodo (or any site for that matter) actually cared about which articles annoyed people, they'd have nothing to post. Get over it.

Whether you know about it or not has nothing to do with it. It's what you (and anyone else who reads this) chooses to do with that information that matters. If you you were given the exact fool proof way to break into a bank and clean them out without no one EVER knowing, would you do it?

Hold up a second though. The event to reveal the device said there would be 32gb and 16gb versions. I'm assuming this $700 is for the 32gb version, and the 16gb version will be $600? Either way, I think June is too late. iPad 2 and Wi-Fi only Xoom will most likely have been out for a few months by then.

What the hell does that have to do with anything? Playing games like that on a small screen isn't fun. Period. Yes, things like Angry Birds, Cut the Rope, and Peggle are fine. But NBA Jam? Street Fighter? Resident Evil? Civilization? Come on. It's no fun playing games on a screen where your fingers/thumbs take up a

It's so true. I can totally tell what I was doing by the smudges on the screen.

I bet they'll be just fine without you. Just a guess though.

I have no idea how people can play games like this on that small of a screen, especially when you have to control it by touching the screen.

And this is why I, as someone who doesn't have a whole lot of time for video games anymore, doesn't play games online.

It doesn't smack of sarcasm, it just smacks of "Sorry to see it go, oh by the way, we make a game too....buy it!" If anything that response sounds like a desperate plea to not be the next music game to get the ax.

That was pretty tacky considering it's more of an advertisement for their game than it is an acknowledgement of what Guitar Hero has meant for the genre.

$200 OFF contract? What does this mean for iPods? Would they even produce them anymore?
