I’ve adopted the strategy of avoiding racism by stuffing my face hole with food. Sure, my mom and my brothers will all spout semi-racist or full-blown racist shit at the table, but I don’t have to participate if I can’t hear or talk.

Franken’s actions amount to a prank, not sexual assault. The photo shows him pantomiming something rude, but it is hardly criminal. Misogynistic, yes, but again, not criminal. More than that, there is mounting suspicion that the Franken story is even less of a controversy than originally thought, as there are…
Just to be clear:
What Mr Ziegler fails to remember is that Joseph never sexually assaulted Mary. Hell, Joseph never had sex with Mary AT ALL until...well, the Bible never says they had sex.
I can understand the concept behind cops attempting to “build a relationship,” mostly because that’s basic psychology, but at the same time any even halfway reasonable person will not fall for the bait and think “oh this cop is nice—he wants to help me.”
I consider myself a fairly learned person, but why shouldn’t I accept food from the police? I do not understand how accepting food would give any other impression than I’m hungry and food sounds good.
First, let me ask what the fuck Ivanka is doing in Japan (other than spending American tax dollars). She isn’t an ambassador or anything, just President Daddy’s daughter/favorite piece of ass. Yet she’s acting as though she is a minister with portfolio. What the actual fuck.
Your use of the phrases “triggered” and “lighten up”...please just stop. Go be an insensitive ass somewhere else.
I am far from the biggest fan of Caitlyn Jenner. I think her politics and political leaning are unacceptable and downright dangerous for anyone, let alone someone in the LGBTQ+ community. Having said that, I will defend her right not to be smeared, slandered, or harassed.
You can, actually, un-waive Miranda rights. When you’re speaking to police officers, you waive your rights for the moment (some jurisdictions require you to sign paperwork to that effect). But at any time during an interrogation, you are legally allowed to invoke your rights not to speak or to an attorney.
1. Wow, the state supreme court of a state that has been ass-backward for a long time on a lot of social issues completely fucked up this case. I’m shocked.
Best tool for NaNoWriMo?
So is this the same Senate investigation which looks more and more like Republicans burying information that would confirm how complicit they were?
Jesus H. Fucking Tap-dancing Christ.
When I was in grad school, my professors were quite clear on a few select topics, but one of them was this: do not moralize history through the lens of modern understanding. Don’t judge people who lived and died centuries ago based on the hindsight or morals of the twenty-first century.
I’m fairly certain that Moore would play the role of Brooks in that scenario. Someone would make an impassioned speech pro-LGBT rights in nature, and Moore would be so incensed as to see it as a personal attack on him. Demanding “satisfaction,” Moore would thusly feel obligated to attack the speaker.
The irony of him of all people complaining about judicial supremacy is completely lost on everyone who supports him.
As a white, cisgender male, I would like to say that I, too, do not understand white people. I would also like to add that white people continue to ruin things for white people.
Rosello is a member of the New Progressive Party, which, despite its name, is a conservative political party. So he’ll likely fall in line with Republicans instead of rocking the boat.
I don’t believe that the simplest explanation is that he’s covering his ass. I believe the simplest explanation is that he wants to scapegoat protestors.
