There is that, and why does everyone talk about the ultra loaded, every option ticked, Limited price? You can get into a well equipped crew cab 4x4 for half that.

The Sport Trac was always based on the Explorer, and also got IRS in 2007.

The quoted price is sticker. Did you pay sticker for your Denali? The margins and rebates on trucks from all manufacturers are high. Actual transaction prices for trucks are always well below sticker.

With an V8 that has a torque curve resembling the profile of the beginner hill at a ski slope. The. 3.5 EB is the big power motor from Ford, the 2.7 is the fuel economy choice.

I drive them all regularly. Full disclosure, I’m a sales manager at a Ford dealer. I have been driving an F150 with the 5.0 since January. Sure it makes a nice noise, but I prefer the power delivery of a 3.5 or 2.7 EB motor. My next demo will be an Ecoboost. I also test drive potential trades, 2011s and 2012s with

You are correct about the pictured Ranger. However, The US/Canadian Ranger ceased production at the end of 2011 as a 2011 model. There was no 2012 Ranger.

Correction. They made a short wheelbase regular cab F250 but cutting down the frame and using a short box from a crew cab standard wheelbase truck.

The average parallel parking space is 240", not 200". You’re squeezing into a spot with only 6" front and rear?

Are you joking? A F150 (or any half ton truck) is perfectly “parkable”, its just a matter of perspective. If all you’ve ever driven is compact cars i can see how you’d feel that way. Spend some time in a crew cab DRW truck and a half ton feels tiny.

Same way you trade a car you “own” with a lien. You’re just buying out the car early, then trading it in.

No hard numbers. I can only say that I’m at a Ford dealer that does the up fits on interceptors. The Tauruses are all 3.7 NAs, and AWD because Canada.

This 1000 times. It’s the quiet and effortless low end power, people drive them quickly without realizing.

Maybe you should go back and read your entire post.

If your double parked car is blocking me in, and makes me miss an important job interview, business meeting, court date, etc. A ticket is of little consolation to me. I say tow your POS “sovereign property”.

It kept forcing the gas when I picked manual trans, but not if you do it the other way. They detune the Cummings with the manual though, “only” 660 ft-lbs with the stick.

No they didn’t. HD trucks should have straight front axles, they hold up better.

If you actually select the manual trans it removes the Cummings forces the hemi. No one offers your dream truck diesel+manual combo in an HD truck. I’m really surprised that they still offer the manual, the take rate must be very low.

You really want to see a pathetic payload, check a loaded Titan XD diesel. It will makes the optimal 5th wheel prep a bit of a joke. Then there is the Ram Laramie with the ecodiesel, we’re talking less than 1000 lbs.

There should be another sticker that lists the payload. That one just has the GVWR and axle ratings. I’m not sure if the US one is different, but in Canada it reads “Occupants and cargo shall not exceed XXXX lbs“
