I guess the Taycan is a Taycan’t.

Tanks a lot Rivian

I take issue with you calling a combined 26mpg or 29mpg combined, depending on the engine choice, as “average” for a vehicle with the capability of an Outback. AWD, good clearance, tons of storage, etc. As long as you’re not an avid offroader or rock crawler, you now have a 25mpg vehicle that meets your slightly

They have been, for a verrrry lonnnnggggg time.

You do know you could get winches, bull bars, and even plows for Subarus in the 80s, right? Sno Way made a kit specifically for Subaru. I’ve seen the plow on a couple of station wagons.

My brother recently bought an Outback, lifted it and put bigger tires. My wife and I just bought her an Outback and the first thing I did was put rally mudflaps on it. Now she wants a basket for the top. I like this trend. I don’t need to go fast, just a good daily that’s quite capable if ever necessary.

Hello Rivian

They resemble bovine nostrils.

I’d love to have an EV. My daily average is right around 80 miles. The only issue with that is that Monday is 40, Tuesday is 40, Wednesday is 40 Thursday is sometimes 40, sometimes 400. Fridays are sometimes 0, sometimes 40, sometimes 500. Saturdays are a mixed bag. Sundays are sometimes 20 to sometimes 500.

These were never meant to be taken to a mechanic. The owner’s manual specifically states you should bash whatever is wrong with a hammer until it works, or walk.

That’s a lada decades.

As much as Cox is just as awful as Comcast - they are just a provider of pipe... they should just be a provider of pipe. If we hold people pirating media over that pipe as the responsibility of the provider, then we also should hold electrical companies responsible for people misusing their electricity.

Couldn’t have happened to a nicer conglomerate.

But you also have to live in either California, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas or Washington. The car will only be sold in these 12 states.

“Considering the lack of all the mechanical ICE crap, EV motors have got to be cheaper to build. And the battery prices should be coming down, no?”

“So, I plugged in the Niro. Nothing happened. I unplugged it and replugged it back in and the charging screen flashed a green icon. That was a good sign! So, I went inside and killed 45 minutes on a snack and a soda. When I came back out, I found to my dismay and rage the car had only charged three percent. Maybe

There are 3 types of charging: L1 - 110v, 1kw?, ~6 miles/hr. L2 - 220v, 7.7kw~27 miles/hr, L3 - 440v 50kw-350kw.

Had it for a week and no mention of what real-world range is like? I assume you wanted to keep Kia on your good side?
