Please make sure you guys follow up on this story when Tesla reports that AP was even on or not.

Maaaaaaan you guys need them clickz huh?

Other thing to bite is not everyone will be able to take advantage of the $7500 in full or understand how to change their taxes properly to take full advantage of it

I see your side but I must disagree as we have different ideas and what matters to us individually. Thank you for being an adult during this, it could’ve gone sideways.

They need to put them in more spots than Walmart and Sam’s Club parking lots. Good on them for try to go as fast as possibly but we need faster, like before the settlement money runs out faster or else they’ll stop installing

I’m not sure what your argument is, is it owning a $500.00 beater of a car will be cheaper than an EV? I mean a gas car will always cost gas and an electric will always cost electricity.

Possibly, a charging station could take up a lot of real estate if you wanted one of those 40car Superchargers but I also don’t know if you can build anything else at a gas station that isn’t another gas station because of the tanks and hazmat. Something to look into for sure if you’ve got some investor money.

I know plenty of people and not one of them have owned a Civic since they were 18 and they were it’s 3rd or 4th owner. If you don’t want an EV fine, go buy another Charger with 500HP (they’re a lot of fun and it’s cheap HP for sure) but you can’t say a Model 3 is expensive. A Bolt is going to be “expensive” because of

Agreed!!! One of the funniest and saddest things I read about some charger locations is the local town committee has problems with “the way they look”...... have they not looked at a gas station after 6months of use?? I don’t care how many bright white LED’s you throw at it they are an eyesore

The fuel savings alone is enough. Go back and look at how much you spend on fuel and then go look at your electrical bill the CENTS per kW. The savings especially if the local utility does Time of Use where the price is usually cut in half during 10pm-6am is crazy.

It’s actually really nice as an EV. Just too bad it’s overpriced and has no fast charging network. We almost bought one but instead put a reservation on a Model Y and we’ll suck it up a bit longer in the current car

Hahahhahaahahaaaahahaaa wow that’s real rich. Wow that actually made me laugh so hard I think I pee’d a little!

It’s going to be a minute until you see a $14K Sentra... a $35K Model 3 ain’t expensive. Isn’t the average car price about $35K? I think Honda Accords usually sell for closer to $40K and what about Corolla’s?

But he said we’re winning... :(

Most of these lines are in California, let them figure out how to fix it. Kidding obviously.

Um what? Obviously if Jalopnik has to post about Tesla and EV’s everyday then they’re much closer to taking over then you think. All the big boys are making EV’s and saying by 2030 majority of their lineup will be EV.

Okay damnit I’ll buy them

Needs moar honey jokes

Well there’s 72, 120, 150 & 250kW chargers that Tesla uses. It depends on the location and how much traffic the chargers are expected to get and what/how much power Tesla can bring into that location.

Cool story bro
