Number 6 and 8 are actually really good advice. When we eat fast or watch TV while eating, we tend to "forget" that we ate. It's a problem of the multitasking generation. I guess maybe it depends on where you are located. Where I am from, you can find lots of places that have $3-$4 drinks. A buck a round is usually standard in my hometown if you're paying with cash. If you open a tab then you base the tip on the total bill at the end of the night.

I really wish someone would do this with the Legend of Drizzt series. And at the same time, I don't. If it didn't do the story justice, I would be heartbroken. I hope they can do it with Shannara, and do it well.
