If Trump actually threatened to withhold congressionally-allocated military aid to the Ukraine in exchange for actions that would help his election campaign, he is in direct violation of 18 U.S.C. § 201, Bribery of Public Officials: you can’t accept anything that benefits you personally in return for an “Official Act”…

He and his handlers probably think it makes him look “macho” and “busy”— two things he definitely ain’t.

It’s absolutely mind blowing how that motherfucker hasn’t stroked out by now.

And because he acts like it’s no big deal his innoculates his sycophantic followers from how illegal it is to blackmail foreign nations by withholding federal aid.

To me this is the crux of it.
