My son figured it out quite quickly, but I did not (but I don’t tend to analyze Marvel movies too much when I watch them).

It may be just me, but I wonder if there was another reason for using Taskmaster’s ability to be a perfect mimic.

My first thought when Natasha was fighting Taskmaster on the bridge was that this

Would someone be able to use something like Audacity to clean the track up? I know that the video would then be “doctored”, but at least you could put a disclaimer on the video stating that the music track had been removed.

Agreed. I would think it will be monster of the week for awhile, and I am sure they will come up with some new ones, but I really liked that Supernatural started with many monsters from American mythos. It would seem like most of those have been mined already.

I have discussed this with my sons. I have enjoyed all of these shows, especially after all this time away from new movies, the end of the Infinity War phases of the MCU, and just from my general love of comic books and heroes.

But so far, none of the Marvel shows have really been absolutely vital to view in order to

That could be Virginia Creeper. It has 5 leaves, and about 1 in 4 have an allergic reaction similar to poison ivy.

My mom says she fell into a bunch of it as a kid, broke out so bad that her eyes swelled shut, and she was never really bothered by it again after finally healing up from it.

You would think. Still, so many of my friends are entrenched in the “this is my group and we have to beat your group” GQP camp.

They definitely should get vaccinated—they probably won’t, but at some point, you run out of ways to help those who would rather be misinformed and sick.

I am a teacher who was lucky enough to get vaccinated in late January and early February. I am already starting to wonder about the appropriate time to get a booster

Yesterday on a Sunday morning news show (the George Stephanopoulos one on ABC, I think), Dr. Fauci said that vaccinated people have a much lower viral load in their nasal passages, which is why the CDC believes there to be little to no transmission of Covid to others from a vaccinated person with Covid.

I know this is a repeat post, but it gave me the rare opportunity to star the comment twice!

I stopped using my HTPC when Windows Media Center was no longer used (so SEVERAL years ago back before cable went digital). Do you still use it for OTA broadcasts?

Gonna steal “chess with a pidgeon,...” that is an absolutely fabulous analogy.

Do you mean per capita or just in raw numbers?
There IS a difference. I would like to see your source.

I really enjoyed One Night in Miami. You should check it out.

Agreed. I thought it was a pretty satisfying conclusion to the series. It wasn’t perfect, but Sam still gave me those “pure goodness and kindness” vibes that the Captain America movies do, as well as some cool action scenes.
The Flag Smashers story line along with US Agent’s “face turn” were pretty weak, but I honestly

Be aware that Virginia Creeper produces poison ivy like rashes in about 25% of the population (source: One of those 25% who researched it several times because he couldn’t figure out where the rashes were coming from...)

The son of a friend of mine is waiting to pay things off his loans because of the possible student loan forgiveness that is being bandied about.

He owes about $10k total (earned a couple of trade certificates with his associate’s degree at the local community college), so he figures there is a chance a good portion of

That makes sense, and there is no judgement from me for those that do—I just can’t.

It certainly is, but I always wonder where to draw the line. I am not sure I can ever watch the Cosby Show again, and I loved that show growing up.

I don’t think rentaduckie was arguing with you—just relaying interesting information, and point out that the vaccine rollout is starting to pick up speed (thank goodness).

As to the point you made earlier about not knowing true infections, I readily admit to people that the Covid death rate is probably smaller than
