I agree with your sentiment, but I remember when my wife’s cousin was a bit taken aback when one of my twin sons asked him about his partner at a very young age (something specifically like “why two men” vs “a man and woman”, so I am not sure it is always that easy. One thing I would caution is to look at size. It seems like the sizes of those name brand shampoos and deodorants at dollar stores are smaller, so that always makes me wonder if the prices are really the best unit price.

Several districts in my area (including the one I teach in) are going Chromebooks. There are a few specialized classrooms that have iPads, but we have mostly adopted the Chromebook/Google ecosystem—gmail for school mail, google docs for student accounts, google classroom, etc.

It has happened for awhile now. 3-4 years, maybe? The Rams played there last year, and I think the Patriots maybe played there a couple of years back. NFL testing the market waters, I would assume.

I played the original Metroid games when the first came out (NES and SNES, if I remember). I had never played the Prime series, so I splurged over Christmas break and downloaded them to my sons’ Wii U. I really enjoyed playing Prime! I haven’t started the others yet. What a great game! I just played Ocarina of Time…
