Yes, I think you are correct, but would the sentence also serve to differentiate the actor as someone other than Liam Nissan?

I heartily agree. I enjoyed our time with Pujols. I am glad that the redbirds aren't saddled with such a long contract that could have hamstrung the team for future players. The Cards will be alright.
Good to hear. I am glad I can always count on you to be in the know (and I seriously mean that). This show is pretty much the only one I keep up on at the moment, and io9 is about the only place I go to find information on it.
Weekend and Bobby's was another awesome episode. Supernatural may not always be firing on all cylinders these last two seasons, but man do they often put together some great shows, and even the stinkers are better than most other shows.
Yeah, I agree, but aren't the stars' contracts up this year? Has anything been mentioned about whether Supernatural will go on next year? This would certainly seem like the way to go out....
As do I...along with "Noone noone noooon" with the rolling typewriter dude. I loved those little cartoons...
Thanks for that link. I had thought that scenario sounded familiar. I read "Tales from the Mos Eisley Cantina" quite a few years ago. I enjoyed it and the similar "Tales from Jabba's Palace" as well.
"Mapmakers raised a bored eyebrow and continued to use however many colors they felt like using."
Yeah, it is quite difficult. When I was a kid in the 1970s, our teachers said we would all be using metric exclusively one day. I'm still waiting for that day, even though I know it is a better system and I try to use it as much as I can.
I can't take credit for that...I read it in a Mad magazine over 20 years ago...I thought it was hysterical then, and it has stuck with me ever since. I throw it out ever now and then when I am reviewing the Metric system with my classes (I HATE that I have to review SI with some of my high school classes, but that is…
I was playing Ocarina today and had that exact thought....glad I didn't yell at the fairy...
Down with metrics!!! We 'Muricans don't want no foreign rulers!!!!
I see what you did there....
I totally agree. I have so many good memories of watching that show with my sons (who are 10) and teaching them about the obscure comic book heroes and villains. It seems SO hard to catch someone up on so much of DC history, but I felt like this show did a nice job of it.
Yeah, I gotta give up on my weekly pick-em pool...I think I called three games correctly...
My mom would store her salads this way (and still does occasionally), but I think she found the time to unseal/seal/unseal/seal, etc to be annoying in the end. I think the jar with the lid as a great solution!
Great. I understand. I personally haven't paid credit card interest in 17 years (and we use the credit card each month...earned back about $1400 on a Disney trip a few years back) on a card with no yearly fee, my mortgage is now at a 10yr fixed loan at 3.375%, and my college loans were paid back within the first…
Not really. Regardless of the situation she was in, she wanted a bank that doesn't indiscriminately take your money out of your checking to pay the bills it thinks you should pay. She makes no mention of whether or not her payment was late, whether there were any penalties, etc. Her statement is..."My bank withdrew…
Your comment had nothing to with the point she was making about the bank, and added nothing to the conversation. She was upset with the customer service she had with her bank (regardless of how that happened), and she found a bank that had better service elsewhere. I don't see her comment as one expecting special…
Is the J for Judgy-McJudgerson? Not really related to the topic at all. Go troll somewhere else.
