Aren’t the USPS looking for a replacement for the weird Grumman truck/vans they use now?  I read that the average daily route is only 30-40 miles so that would be a perfect use case for an electric vehicle - particularly since the vehicles start and stop hundreds of times on that route which is horribly inefficient

I thought you were going to say Walmart parking lots will be full of people sleeping in these vans. That'll take another 20 years though.

And a nice return on Amazon’s initial investment...

We’re talking like 5 BEEELION dollars worth of vans here...

Yeah, well, life’s not always Faraday.

Mmm, meat car.

And yet they still saddle us with a Continuously-variable Tenderloin!

Perhaps if it was designed to disproportionately target larger, beefier cars

Oh HELL YES! Fud-it bucks for a fun little drop-top roadster that you can work on yourself. I’d restore it to like-new condition, probably in Brit Racing Green.

It’s a good weekend driver for someone who wants to relive the small British sports car days.  Don’t drag race any bread trucks for pinks though.  NP even with the light tan interior in a chrome yellow Spit.  Way worse than brown shoes with a black suit.

3 grand is fun weekend toy/project car all day. Anyone not voting NP has no soul.

Years - YEARS! - of arguments with my wife over whether her habit of shouting “excuse me!” and waving down the bartender is rude, she happens upon this article, turns to me, and says, “I guess you’re right. You really don’t have to do anything else.”

My first car was a ‘93 civic, and while it had cup holders, they were flimsy things that sprung up from a little compartment at the front of the center console underneath the ashtray. They were big enough to hold a can of soda, but nothing else much taller would fit, and anything was terrible to try and actually

This is the strongest case of “username checks out” I’ve ever seen.

Ah.. the glory of being 37 is I feel absolutely no obligation to ever step foot in a bar that doesn’t have seating and a waitress again. Just reading this reminds me of all the anxiety and stress of trying to get a drink in my 20s..

Lol what are you even talking about?  This is the hill you want to die on?

Plastic caltrops.

It’s ok people, they’re only D6's.  If they were D4's, we’d have a full on Lego situation on our hands.

This was just a normal Shadowrun session.
