It’s not at all about “being impressed” - it’s about functionality. You can show literally anything on an LCD screen - they’re endlessly & instantly reconfigurable. And these look quite nice, to boot. Not sure what there’s not to like...LCD screens are a lot more reliable than mechanical gauges, and a lot more

One to leave stock and one to restomod...

Anyone who can afford a Huracan can just buy a classic Pantera.

What I’d give for a plebian-trim G-Wagen...

Same here, I want to do terrible, awful, horrific, off road things to one.

my last set of ultra high performance summer tires set me back $75.80 each

I know you are being facetious, but every dollar the rich man spends to maintain his estate(s) and his car(s) is a dollar going to someone of lesser means.

Bring this over as a new gen 240SX or any named smaller than Z car and boom, you have your Toybaru fighter. Sell it for 3 years ( because we know sales will fall off) and sell about 25

Nah, I didn’t have what it takes to stay in financial services. I was in technology and procurement at Lehman, buying servers, laptops, and even Dick Fuld’s 2000 Porsche 911 (that’s a cool story, I prepped the purchase order for the CEOs Y2K Porsche).

I just went into my files, and I found a screenshot for Dick

I may or may not of hit 87mph this morning at one point.

It’s not as if it’s going to accelerate like a bullet to 87 mph and then stop.

It’s hard for me to re-call the last time I needed to go more than 87 during my daily driving.
