I haven’t gotten much older but did get a little bit wiser. Wear eye protection all the time. Not that I do anything that would take an eye out but I got tired of crud falling in my eyes when I’m under the car.

Well... literally not burning a lot of that diesel
How does it stack up to LiPo in terms of weight, energy storage, power output, and degeneration from charge cycles?
Yes and no. People will drive what feels natural to a particular road. I often see people going below speed limit on narrow urban streets with cars parked on the side.
Gears. If it becomes a big enough issue their trade studies will make them gear the cars
EVs can go ahead and get gears for driving highway speeds, going way slower is not a part of technological advancement in my book.
Between 55 and 68 you might actually have more efficient aerodynamics because the higher Reynolds number flow streamlines are missing your tailgate.
Don’t forget torque ratios
I think it was meant to be a good compromise between getting somewhere fast enough and how much drag you generate. D = .5*c_d*A*rho*v^2 and the only thing you can control generally speaking is the velocity
I got your reference T-Bone
The people that buy a 320 or 328 do not want manuals, they don’t care about driving dynamics, or fun. All they want is a sound insulated metal box with with a round badge on it.
Good to see you back Terrell. This was illuminating, thanks.
Is it a Colorado thing? At my old house people would constantly cut the roundabout basically taking up both lanes. At my current house I got three that I have to navigate every day and generally people are OK because it’s a heavier used street but occasionally you see people that leave you wondering what the hell is…
This thing is cool but not so cool that I must have it. Plenty of Subarus to be had for that same price
So are they going to stick the same tired 2.5 H-4 into it or will it get a proper new motor... which will easily swap into other Subarus maybe
Do you have to empty the tank before changing octanes or will it autmagically detect and adjust the tune parameters based on the mixture. I’m talking about something like what Marty and Moog did on a Subaru for E85 and 91
Would you consider one with a salvage title? Because if yes holla at your boy before I buy new tires for it
I agree with you in principle, my only point is backup cameras have made the big cars much more livable. My friend had a Raptor and lived in a gentrified popular neighborhood at the time, he had to reverse into all the parking spots, it would’ve been more of an issue if not for the camera.
I’m no relationship expert but that will not work out so well
You can, they are really easy to use. As far as super aggressive, you would probably need a custom tune done by a shop but you can use the access port to flash it or return it to normal. It does come with standard preloaded tunes but since you said aggressive I’m assuming a lot of modification, the more mods the more…
